Essie Noble

Essie Noble, who joined the Solstice team as the regional vice president of Operations for the South region, has had a diverse career working in operations and sales that spans more than 12 years and includes non-medical home care, home health and senior living. Prior to joining the Solstice team, Essie served in a multisite management sales role that supported upward of 15 communities with multiple field support positions.

Essie takes pride in creating a fun and engaging environment for her team members and residents, and is also passionate about coaching individuals and helping them reach their professional goals. In her free time, Essie enjoys watching movies, running, and spending time with her husband and two boys.
