Solstice Spotlight: Sue Farrow, Founder of Solstice Senior Living 

Sue Farrow, Founder of Solstice Senior Living, is a trailblazer in the senior living industry with over four decades of experience. Her vision, leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence has made a lasting impact on the senior living industry. 

Sue’s journey began with a passion for improving the lives of seniors, and she channeled that passion into creating two companies, Solstice Senior Living and Integral Senior Living, that would change the landscape of senior housing. As the driving force behind Solstice Senior Living, she has built a team that embodies her dedication to exceptional support and service. Her operational expertise and vision have been vital in Solstice’s commitment to create vibrant and welcoming communities where seniors can thrive. 

In addition to founding Solstice Senior Living and Integral Senior Living, Sue was an integral figure in founding the California Assisted Living Association (CALA), advocating for better industry standards and working tirelessly to promote innovation and quality care. Her leadership extends beyond her companies, as she has been an influential voice for the senior housing industry, consistently pushing for improvements in care, communication, and the overall experience for residents and their families. Sue is nationally recognized for her ability to create senior communities that are a success in the minds of residents, staff and owners alike. 

Sue’s leadership style is defined by compassion, resilience and a deep sense of responsibility, and we are incredibly fortunate to have her guidance here at Solstice. Sue continues to inspire our Solstice team with her dedication and passion for making a difference in the lives of Solstice residents.
