Steve Flynt is the chief operating officer for Solstice Senior Living. Steve is a 30-year veteran of senior living with an extensive background in operations leadership. He is a licensed nursing home administrator in Arizona and Colorado and has supported senior living communities across the United States. Steve places attention on building teams and creating a learning environment where the best talent can rise to be productive servant leaders. Creating a culture of caring and accountability is always one of his goals.
Prior to joining Solstice, Steve served as president of West Division Operations for Brookdale for four years after serving six years as a vice president of Operations. Steve has also held multi-community operations management positions with Marriott Senior Living and Sunrise Senior Living as well.
Steve has served on the boards of directors for the Arizona Assisted Living Association, California Assisted Living Association and Leading Age Colorado. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University earning a degree in education and university studies.
