Tasha Arlen has over 20 years of experience in healthcare management, with a strong focus on skilled nursing. She began her career as a medication technician, transitioned into social work, and has spent the last 13 years in healthcare management. After nearly four years as an Executive Director at Solstice Senior Living in Columbia, Tasha was recently promoted to Area Director of Operations, where she continues to lead with dedication and expertise.
