Tina Schachter

Tina Schachter serves as a vice president of Talent and Training. In this role, she leads the charge on sales training, talent and recruitment, while focusing on creating robust training programs for all other disciplines in coordination with HR teams and team leaders. Tina has almost two decades of experience in the senior living industry and received a B.A. degree in business management from Barat College. She is a certified dementia practitioner and board-certified patient advocate.

Tina enjoys training and supporting her sales teams, all while using her favorite ISL Culture Keeper, “Work smarter, not harder.”

Tina is from Chicago and enjoys spending time with her three children and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys looking at real estate, decorating, dancing, reading, swimming, shopping and trying new restaurants.
