Solstice Senior Living at Santa Rosa is pleased to welcome the newest member of our team, Chef Jesse Llapitan, as the Culinary Services director. He brings years of experience and numerous accolades to our community, including being given the prestigious Distinguished Chef Award from the American Institute of Food and Wine. In this new role, Jesse is embracing an innovative approach to the dining experience, integrating California Fresh cooking with our residents’ favorite home-style meals.
Prior to joining Solstice at Santa Rosa, Jesse was the senior regional executive chef for Bon Appétit Management Company for Google and several other organizations.
Jesse graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and completed his internship at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris in 1989. He uses his culinary talents to support many community organizations and is actively involved in food and wine events in California.
