President and CEO Collette Gray helped Solstice Senior Living and Integral Senior Living achieve consistent net growth in 2022, with move-ins exceeding pre-pandemic levels. Despite several hurdles, ISL and SSL exceeded expectations through a culture of understanding, encouragement and camaraderie. In 2023, the organizations plan to utilize new technology and continue expanding the Livin’ the Dream program.
