Steve Flynt Joins Solstice as Chief Operating Officer

Solstice Senior Living (SSL), a leading provider of senior living management services, has hired Steve Flynt as chief operating officer.

“Steve’s proven success in growing senior living businesses makes him a key addition to our team here at Solstice Senior Living,” said Collette Gray, president and chief executive officer of Integral Senior Living and Solstice Senior Living.

As a trusted leader for Solstice, Flynt will be tasked with overseeing all the operational functions for Solstice. He will be responsible for setting goals for performance and growth and creating and implementing business strategies for execution.

Before joining Solstice Senior Living, Flynt served as the president of Operations for Brookdale Senior Living’s West division. He oversaw more than 350 senior living communities covering 20 states during his tenure, serving on various committees throughout the company and industry. Flynt is a long-standing board member of the Arizona Assisted Living Federation, an organization for which he has served as chairman and treasurer. He was also involved with the American College of Health Care Administrators and serves on the board of directors for LeadingAge of Colorado. Flynt has a Bachelor of Education degree in education, health and university studies from Oklahoma State University.
