Residents from Solstice at East Amherst hosted a coast to coast dance-a-thon with their sister community, Solstice at Normandy Park! Residents, family and friends were able to connect via Zoom to boogie with us virtually. Everyone dressed to the nines and had a wonderful time staying active. As one of the seven Vibrant Life components, being active is incredibly important to keeping residents happy and healthy. Although it’s a bit harder to stay connected, we are constantly trying to find activities that boost our community and keep residents active.
