Solstice at Fairport resident Rose turned 103 this week! We asked her for a few of her secrets to staying vibrant over the past 103 years. Check out her responses:

On work – “I have worked my whole life, right up to when I moved into Solstice at Fairport. It keeps you going, moving and active.”

On keeping busy – “I read between six and 10 books a month, and I love it! It keeps my mind working, and I’m always learning new things.”

On family and love – “I am blessed with my family always checking in and making sure I keep active and healthy. For love, I’m blessed to have it surrounded by me all the time. I’m so grateful for my family, friends and all those who work at Solstice at Fairport!”
