Solstice Regional Director of Sales and Marketing Promoted to Vice President of Talent and Training and Expands Role of Vice President of Talent Management 

Solstice Senior Living recently promoted Tina Schachter from Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to Vice President of Talent and Training, and expanded Gerry Jackson’s role as Vice President of Talent Management. 

Schachter joined the Solstice team in 2019 as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing. In this role, she exceeded expectations on sales training and played an instrumental role in achieving some of the lowest open positions in Integral Senior Living and Solstice Senior Living history. 

As Vice President of Talent and Training, Schachter will continue leading the charge on sales training, talent and recruitment, while focusing on creating robust training programs for all other disciplines. She also will work closely with Human Resources and team leaders for each discipline of the company. 

Since Jackson joined our team in fall 2022, we have experienced a 54.6% reduction in open positions and a 73.6% drop in open director positions. In the expanded Vice President of Talent Management role, Jackson will continue co-leading the charge on talent acquisition while focusing on onboarding and retention.
