As Women’s History Month comes to a close, we are celebrating a few of our amazing female leaders at Solstice Senior Living. Today, we are highlighting Erica Siebert!
Erica is the South regional director of Sales and Marketing for Solstice Senior Living with more than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing. She manages 10 communities across the Southern region, overseeing the hiring of regional leaders, creating sales systems, creating company branding standards and commission structures.
Erica was integral to Solstice’s leadership team during the COVID-19 crisis, and she met with Cristy Ballard, SSL’s SVP of sales and marketing, for a conversation about how to lead effectively during a crisis. Erica explained that it’s important to hire and retain employees especially during challenging times, and the best way to attract and keep a talented team is through developing your company’s value and culture.
“It’s so important that we continue to develop our associates,” she told Cristy. “Let’s face it; organizations that have highly engaged associates outperform the competition.”
